Colon Hydrotherapy — also known as Colonics — is a safe therapeutic procedure that uses purified water to gently cleanse the large intestine and colon. Colon hydrotherapy helps remove accumulated waste, mucus, bacteria, gas and other toxic matter by hydrating, softening, loosening and rinsing the walls of the colon.

Krista Moore has been practicing alternative health care for over 10 years. She studied with Cathy Shea and is certified by the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy. She has a BA in Health Promotions / Community Health and Wellness and is currently studying to become a Registered Nurse.
